The second half of the season got underway with some very one-sided matches and a postponement due to the weather.
Dartfordians A with Peter Davis, Ian Martin and Wayne Holder comfortably beat their B team 10-0 to keep the pressure on Meopham A at the top of the table.
Meopham A had a 10-0 win over Sutton B thanks to Brian Lees, John Davison and Ian Parkes. Sutton have improved since the start of the season and Patrick Leung and George Joannou both took Parkes to 5 without success and are both capable of achieving 50% averages.
Meopham B beat GRFC B 9-1 with Steeve Reeve and Peter Worthington both winning 3 and Chris Penning 2. Penning had a real tussle with John Dood with Dodd overcoming Pennings' 'funny' rubber to win 13-11 in the 5th. Dodd was unfortunate not to win 2 as he lost 12-10 in the 5th to the in-form Peter Worthington.
The match beween GRFC A and Sutton A was postponed due to the weather.
